People ask us

These wedding planning FAQs answer the questions couples most often ask before planning a private, multi-day or destination wedding across the UK, Italy and Europe.

From choosing the right location to understanding full-service planning, guest logistics, budgets and legal considerations abroad, these answers are designed to give you clarity before you enquire.

How we work

Do you offer partial planning or on-the-day coordination?

No. We plan and run the whole wedding, from the first decision to the last car home, not coordination-only or partial planning.

How many weddings do you take on?

A small number each year. It’s how we keep one senior team on every wedding start to finish, and how we stay reachable when a decision can’t wait.

Will Roberta plan our wedding personally?

Roberta leads every wedding and is your point of contact throughout. She works with a team she’s trained, so someone is always across your plans, but the design, the decisions that matter and the room on the day are hers.

Budget & fit

What do your weddings cost? Is there a minimum?

We take on a small number of weddings each year, most of them multi-day. They start at £2,000 per guest, and once several days of events, travel and production are accounted for, the weddings we plan most often run well into six figures, and we’ve planned them into seven. The number matters less than the fit: tell us the wedding you want and what you’re working to, and on our first call we’ll be straight about whether we’re the right team to deliver it.

How do you handle the budget?

We set the financial framework with you at the start: the scale you want, and what you’ll spend to get it. From there we cost every category, negotiate directly with suppliers, and keep the running numbers in front of you, so you always know where the money is going and can decide where it’s worth more.

How do you charge?

We charge a percentage planning fee, with a minimum charge, agreed up front. We negotiate to get you more for your money, not to mark it up

On the day
Will you be there?

Yes, the whole team, from the morning through to clear-down. For destination weddings we’re on site days ahead. You won’t see most of what we do, and that’s the point.

What if something goes wrong?

Something usually does, somewhere, a supplier runs late, the weather turns. We plan for it and handle it before it reaches you. Most of the time you’ll never know it happened.

How long have you been planning weddings?

Founded by Roberta in 2019, our company has since designed, planned, and executed numerous exceptional events. Over the years, we have cultivated deep expertise, built invaluable industry relationships, and earned a reputation for delivering events of the highest caliber. Our commitment to excellence drives us to continually refine our processes, ensuring seamless, efficient, and highly professional service for every client. We believe in evolving with purpose, consistently setting new benchmarks in event planning and execution.

Planning & timing

How far ahead should we book?

Most couples come to us 12–18 months out, though we’ve planned weddings in three. The earlier you start, the wider the choice of dates and suppliers. We take on a limited number of weddings, so on a shorter run we’ll be honest quickly about what’s still possible. Either way, planning comes in waves (busy stretches, then quiet ones with nothing to action).

Do you plan multi-day and destination weddings?

Most of ours run across several days – a welcome dinner, the wedding, a final-day lunch – often abroad. We plan the whole programme as one event, guest travel and accommodation included, so it reads as one weekend rather than three days stitched together.

We're based overseas, can you still work with us?

Most of our clients are international. We work with couples across the US, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and Europe, over video and in person where it counts. Distance changes the logistics, not the service.

Do you plan cultural and religious weddings?

Yes, we plan weddings across cultures and faiths. We build the programme around your traditions, not the other way round.

Working together
Can you work with suppliers we've already chosen

Yes, as long as they can deliver at the standard the rest of the wedding runs to. Where you’d like recommendations, we bring people we’ve worked with and trust to perform on the day.

Do you look after our guests' travel and stay?

Yes. For destination weddings we can arrange transport, accommodation, welcome events and whatever your guests need to arrive and settle without managing it themselves.

Do you help after the wedding?

We can arrange honeymoon travel and post-wedding details. These are quoted separately.
